The official reporting tool for ULSU-registered clubs to submit monthly leadership and volunteer data to the MyExperience team and the ULSU VP of Student Life, and earn MyExperience recognition.
Begin Now →The ULSU × MyExperience Leadership & Volunteer Reporting System is the formal channel through which ULSU-registered club members document their leadership and volunteer contributions each month. Reports submitted here are delivered to both the MyExperience team and the VP of Student Life. The MyExperience team reviews and validates each report and uses it to record MyExperience credit for the students involved. If anything needs clarification, the VP of Student Life will reach out to the reporter.
MyExperience is the University of Lethbridge's co-curricular recognition program. It acknowledges the time, skill, and effort students invest in campus life beyond the classroom — including club leadership and volunteer roles. To receive recognition, your club's activity must be reported accurately and on time each month.
This form takes roughly 5–10 minutes to complete. Once submitted, your report is sent directly to both the MyExperience team and the VP of Student Life and a copy is automatically downloaded to your device as an XLSX file for your records. If direct submission isn't available, your email client will open instead with a pre-filled receipt — simply click Send to finish.
Ensure the following are accurate before submitting. Errors may delay your recognition or require resubmission.
Reports must be submitted before the last day of the reporting month to be counted toward that period's MyExperience recognition.
Late submissions may be accepted at the discretion of the VP of Student Life but are not guaranteed recognition for the missed period. If in doubt, submit early.
